New Homes Sales Executive
GS Brown Construction Limited, a family run housebuilding business established in 1970, are looking for a dynamic, efficient, Sales Executive to enhance the Sales & Marketing function of the business. Prior experience in the new build home sale market is essential.
The role requires confidence and experience communicating with clientele from a wide demographic, as well as sound organisational and administrative skills.
You will be involved in every aspect of the sale of new homes from initial client contact, right through to handover of keys. Part of the role will also be to promote the company through effective and creative marketing via social media channels, online advertising and the company website. Main responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:
- Manage clients from first enquiry through to reservation and handover of new homes in a professional manner
- Prepare new sites for launch, including signage, sales suites, advertising, show homes, marketing materials
- Manage and maintain all print, online and social media marketing and advertising
- Develop and innovate creatively to keep the marketing messages fresh and relevant to changing markets
- Keep up to date with relevant legislation, such as data protection, changes to land tax, consumer code, building standards etc
