Being able to see the excellent build and finish standard, coupled with the choice and price of available house designs, all contributed to a reassuring feeling of having made the right decision. That comfortable feeling was borne out as the timescale progressed with regular updates and meetings keeping us appropriately informed about progress, along with the opportunity to customise our build to suit our needs, all at reasonable cost. Timelines were well met, with accurate provision of everything promised and requested, to a very good standard. We made a visit to the show house in Blairgowrie where we met up with both Coleen and Kirsty. We went over the viewing of the show house an decided the Gowrie was definitely for us. Over the years we have had 3 previous houses built by GS Brown and absolutely loved the finishing, the quality and the standard of the houses have been exceptional hence the reason we came back. We downsized our home for the Gowrie as there is plenty of room with storage etc.The move went well. The keys for access was done on time. The hand over was very good. We also liked the fact that both Kirsty and Coleen were more than helpful from start to finish. Another thing we were very pleased with was during the hand over we were taken round our bungalow and everything was explained to us. So a huge shout out to all staff.
