Before you come along to view, it’s a good idea to have a clear picture of your budget. If you’ll need a mortgage, try to speak with a financial advisor beforehand, our sales team can help point you in the right direction if needed.
You’ll also need a Scottish solicitor to move things forward when you find the right home. If you’re not sure where to start, we can recommend a few trusted options.
To keep everything running smoothly, make sure your finances will be available when needed, and have a quick chat with your solicitor before reserving your property.
Step 1
Securing Your New Home
If you’ve found a home you love, our sales advisors are here to guide you through each step of the reservation process.
To reserve your chosen property, a £750 initial deposit is required. Our team will walk you through the reservation form and consumer checklist, making sure you feel fully confident in your decision.
You’ll then have a four-week reservation period to work with your solicitor to finalise the legal contract (known as concluding missives). Once complete, a second deposit of £750 is paid to your solicitor.
Both payments are deducted from the final purchase price. We operate in line with the Consumer Code for Home Builders, giving you added peace of mind throughout your purchase.

Our sales team will keep you updated throughout the build of your new home, so you always know how things are progressing. Before completion, we’ll also arrange a full property demonstration, giving you the chance to familiarise yourself with your new home and ask any questions.
