GS Brown was delighted to welcome The Courier to meet with our Managing Director, Ryan Brown, following what has been a record-breaking year for the business.
The visit came shortly after GS Brown was recognised with the Home Builder of the Year (Small) award, marking another proud milestone for the company and the wider team.
During the feature, Ryan reflected on a strong period of growth for GS Brown, with turnover growing 60% to £21 million. He also shared more about the company’s plans for the future, as we continue to build high-quality homes across carefully chosen locations in Scotland.
As a family-run housebuilder, we are very proud of the homes we build, the communities we create, and the places we continue to be part of. While the business continues to grow, our focus remains the same: creating homes with care, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to our customers.
This recent success is a reflection of the hard work and dedication shown across the whole GS Brown team. From our office staff and site teams to our suppliers, contractors and partners, every person plays an important role in helping us deliver homes we are proud of.
We would like to thank The Courier for visiting Ryan and sharing more about the GS Brown story.
