As large development opportunities decrease the Company has taken steps to diversify in order to expand its order books and in March 2000 we launched our Small Contracts Division. This fast expanding subsidiary provides the reassuring G S Brown hallmark for renovations, extensions, conversions and all manner of building projects. Time served tradesmen ensure a wide ranging and professional service whether it is an attic conversion, insurance related work or property maintenance the small contracts team is ready to respond. We are on the approved tender list of the local authority and have an extensive commercial and private client base.
