The first major G S Brown site to be developed outwith Perth & Kinross was in Stonehaven, south of Aberdeen where to date the company has built nearly 600 homes spanning over the last 30 years. Other examples of the Company's expertise can be seen at various locations throughout Scotland.

In Perth demand for homes in recent years has been largely met on the Western Edge of the Fair City but more recent sites have proved equally popular at Huntingtower and Barnhill.
